I used 1234 as recommended by another user. I didn’t recall ever setting a PIN for restrictions and now it seems it was set during an up date. I would suggest before resetting phone try the default 1234. Work for me

Recently I had my iPhone to the Apple Store to replace the battery and obtain a new screen. It looks like the restrictions was left on. I do not know the password. Can it be sent to me. Thank you.

Thank you for your help. I was trying to figure out the passcode without resetting the phone to factory settings....or downloading a program which may be a scam/virus.
