I used 1234 as recommended by another user. I didn’t recall ever setting a PIN for restrictions and now it seems it was set during an up date. I would suggest before resetting phone try the default 1234. Work for me

What can
If you know the passcode you can disable it, but if you don’t know it or it was added when you updated it you have to restore as a new phone. This is straight from customer service support. Smh.
