My iPhone 5c keeps changing time! Sick of this!!!

I've had the most worthless run around between my carrier & apple. I know lots of folks have reported the same problem. Where's the solution?!? It's not a matter of settings!!

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.4

Turn on Timezone Override on Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Timezone Override > On

I am very dissapointed with my Iphone 5C.. Time and Date problems, Connectivity Issues, Rampant Freezing of Apps.. Its basically junk!
