How to force iPhone to use LTE to browse with WiFi airplay enabled?

I have iPhone 5 with unlimited data plan. Had to disconnect my home internet. will it be possible to browse in iPhone 5 (using LTE) and mirror to Apple TV which is connected to my no-internet wireless network?
