I need OS 10.9.0. Is it still available?

All I can find is 10.9.1. Where can I find 10.9.0?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3)

When I downloaded 10.6.8, I got the App Store, so why doesn't varjack paw have it in the apple menu?
