How do I get rid of someone elses apple Id that is not mine? I can"t even udate apps on the app store

Ok so I jus got this iPhone 5s from someone my Apple ID and everything is in on iTunes and App Store but when I try to update any apps it says password for that person account
As explained in this thread previously, Apps are tied to the Apple Id that downloaded / bought them, and will forever require that Apple ID to update.
If you are being requested for the original owner's Apple ID, that means there's at least one App there that was downloaded with that person's Apple ID, and that person did not correctly wipe the iPhone to remove all apps and data from it, and now its asking for his password.

I suggest you do it yourself, assuming the Apple ID in Settings->iCloud is your own, and not the original owner's. Otherwise you will not be able to.
If you can contact the original owner, ask them to follow the steps in that support document, to correctly remove the iPhone from their account.
Beyond that, you could attempt to delete the offending App if you can determine which one it is. You may need to update Apps one by one until you find it.

You should take it back, Page Plus shouldn't be selling phones that are restricted. Best to sort it out with them now because that Apple ID won't go away otherwise and you'll only run into issues later.
That's exactly what happened to my brand new iPhone which an I T guy set up for me in his shop because I'm not good at stuff like that! I later on can't update some apps because I was asked for password of someone else's I'd. I believe he installed those apps with his own apple ID. So I did what you said to delete those apps and then reinstall them and my own ID came up this time thank god! So happy! Luckily these are only free apps and cost me nothing to reinstall. Thanks soooo much. You are a life saver!
If you don't have the password then you can't. It's a new security feature in iOS 7. Did you buy it online?
No I bought it from page plus

Second hand I'm guessing? You'll have to take it back there for a refund or they will have to contact the previous owner to remove it. :(
Hold your finger down on the app, until it 'jiggles'. Then, tap the 'X' in the corner of the App. You may get another prompt, asking you to confirm the deletion.
You can't remove someone else's Apple ID.
It's a security feature. Take it back to Page Plus for a refund.
