Q: Send text messages directly via PC?

theres always icloud,but its not an app is a website thats connected with your apple id

There are apps on the PC (in Chrome browser specifically), and also email, that allow you to send texts from your PC.   They do not get sent from your phone # however.   You need a phone for that.

one thing with the icloud. what ever you put on your phone will be on the website, and what ever you put on the website will appear on your phone

well you can send emails,notes and some other things but not text messages

Specifically, you cannot send messages from your phone using your PC.   It's not possible.

That's impossible. They're either from your phone OR your PC.

but you can get close like notes ( which basically is a text its just a difrent name)

No, you cannot. You will need to explore alternate texting services that offer both an iPhone app and a way of access the service on a PC.
