iTunes Sync Error with iPhone

While sync'ing my iPhone 4S (iOS 7.0.4) with iTunes (11.1.4.62) running on Windows 7, it gets to Step 3 of 6, and pop up an error that reads "Unable to load SyncUICoreLocalized.dll". Tried repairing, and uninstalling/re-installing both iTunes and iCloud.

Any help would be great.

STANALET is my hero too!

It's got to be an Outlook issue. So, for added measure, while iTunes was hanging with my iPhone connected (tryng to restore brand new iPhone 5s from backup on iTunes (from prevous backup of former iPhone 5 device)), I navigated to 'Info' along the top bar for sync options. Then I unchecked all categories that previously were selected to sync with Outlook.

And, when I went through the process STANALET provided, everything worked fine. No error box when I began to sync with iTunes and the sync finally progressed normally. I haven't tried to sync the items in the "Info" category with Outlook yet as I'm just waiting for iTunes to finish porting all my backed-up apps to my new iPhone.

It looks like you've helped alot of people on here, so i thought i'd come to you. The list of instructions you posted didnt help my situation. when I plug in my ipod, itunes opens and an error message appears reading, "Itunes was unable to load data class information from SYNC SERVICES". I've had this problem for about a day now, and its really annoying. Do you know of a way to fix this?

Please and thanks
