I have xcode 4.5 ... well can develop Phonegap iOS 6 Apps only, NOT iOS 7 correct?
well If develop an iOS 5 App should play in all iOS 5, 6 , 7 ???
what you recommend as of iOS version for Phonegap or build.Phonegap?

Doesn't matter if you are planning on submitting to the iTunes App Store as you MUST use Xcode 5 and build using the iOS 7 SDK as of February 1.
you mean if i submit before 1 feb and approved after I can get my App in iTunes Store? In case should use iOS 5 or iOS 6?
What about build.phonegap.com it builds for iOS7?
You must use Xcode 5 and iOS 7 SDK.
Doubtful you would get approval that fast.
You might just as well get your app working with the iOS 7 SDK.

Then you need to update your Mac so you can run Xcode 5.

I know nothing about PhoneGap. I only use Apple Xcode for development.
