How to set fixed days of month for multiple months?

I have data points for several months. Sales by day for example. I'd like to plot all months on one calendar for comparison.

Since line charts can't display each day of the month for several months of data, is there a way to have the X-axis plot 1 thru 31 (just days, no months)? This way, regardless of the month, each day during some month will correspond to the correct day on the chart. This will align all months.

Hi 'Space,

It should be possible to collect the data onto the summary table using formulas without too much difficulty, provided each month table is laid out in the same manner as all the others. The formula would depend on the location of each day's data on its monthly table, and on the nme and location of each month's table.

Can you post screen shots of your January, February and April tables (or any other three that show the three possible month lengths), plus a list of the names of each monthly table.

Alternately, you could send me a copy of your Numbers file containing real or dummy data to work with. My eamil address is available in my profile—click my name above this message to get there.

Regards,

Barry
