Hardware failure and apple support

I guess my previous post was against the rules. I really feel like apple should have done more than give me their rear end to kiss for a computer product that failed prematurely... the only suggestions offered was to purchase another along with apple care... why should i, when they wouldnt even as a valued customer do something for me that they could have very easily done? Im very disappointed at the outcome of my visit to the store on help with my ipad. Im sorry if you feel so negative against my feeling of your poor handling with the situation but im being honest and expressing my opinion as i should be able to as a forum member and a customer who has purchased numerous products from your company. So my question is how did apple handle your ipad premature failure issues that was maybe 1 to 2 months out of warranty????

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user-to-user support forum. You can address Apple at: http://www.apple.com/feedback/

EDIT:

Sorry, you are asking US how Apple handled out-of-warranty service. I have no expectation that a product I buy will be serviced for free after the warranty has expired.

What is the issue with your iPad?
