Does anyone encounter this problem? It crashes many times.

Can you tell me what my problem is? I charged my iphone 5s and when i looked up, my ip death. No power and just black in my screen. I make hard reset ( power button + home button) but nothing happen. I plug in charger and nothing happened even slight of light. For a few minutes ( about 5 minutes ) i leave my phone. I curious and panicked cause i have no idea what happened to my phone. Then i took my phone and repeat doing the hard reset for many time with a few second more to hold the button and im just lucky my iphone suddenly got light and apple logo show on the screen. Then, i went to diagnostic and see what the problem. I got this screenshoot and hope you guys can tell what the problem is. Before the update 7.1, i usually get bluescreen to death.
If you see this recur, take your phone into the Genius Bar as you may have a hardware issue.
There is a panic in the iOS kernel. Call AppleCare or set a genius appointment.
I had my phone warranty exchanged through my carrier(VZ) and have had no problems since. Definitely a hardware bug.
how much i took them to replace it??
