Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Since I have downloaded ios 7.1, any newly downloaded word or powerpoint document will download but not open. It just goes to a gray screen with the filename listed, and nothing else. Has anyone else seen this problem?

im facing the same problem and unable to view a .docx attachment in my email. The email was downloaded fully and I've tried restarting my device few times. I'm using an iphone6 on ios8.4. This is the first time this has happened to me and I'm surprised to face such issue. Can some one help me out?
