I received a call from apple support today.
They told me the server was fixed and that i need to try to activate the iPad again.
Then when i came home i tried and the iPad activated successfully.
then what is the solution?
You can restore you software by connect with usb to iTunes and click "Restore iPad".
Note: Be sure you backed up your data!
Once you're done, enjoy! 🙂

I read somewhere that the Ipad mini that this problem arises ...
Hello everyone! So sorry for the very late update as I was very busy and my Mac was acting up. As I promised, I tried to call Apple Care (gave our serial numbers, etc etc) but they've told me that it needs replacement so I gave up and stopped calling them for solution. But then just a while ago, I tried the HARD RESET once again (press sleep/wake button along with the home button for 10 secs) and the DEVICE READY message appeared!! It's back after being totally unusable and nearly dead for 6 months! Maybe they've fixed whatever's wrong with the serial numbers/system. I wish there'll be GOOD NEWS for everyone!
