Mac Pro Render & Export Glitching in Premiere, AME & Resolve

Here are my specs:

Processor: 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5

Memory: 12 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 ECC

Graphics: AMD FirePro D300 2048 MB

Software: OS X 10.9.2 (13C64)

Obviously not the best, but certainly not the worst. So it caught me by surprise when my renders and exports in Premiere Pro CC and AME CC started glitching (black flashes, lines, colors and patterns). The odd thing is that the machine works fine while editing, only when I go to send off the project does it cause any problems. This also happens when I try to color correct projects using DaVinci Resolve.

I took my the computer into the nearest Apple Store where they ran stress test on it over two days, but at the end of it all they couldn't find anything wrong with the machine. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Below are two screenshots, one from my project after rendering and one from an export:

Adobe you say???

What about Davinci Resolve, too, from Blackmagic?

It keeps craching, and quitting randomly.....its uselles for profesional work in 10.9.3.

AS I said - everything was ok, before theupgrade do 10.9.3. What Apple did there is a big question for everyone.

Or, maybe it's intentional - so they can push crappy FCPX forward saing "See, its working great - we can't guarantee for other software....."

Apple, Apple.....they just care now how many ipads and iphones are being sold, and how you can make more money for them with buying software on App store.... they don't care about Pro market anymore....

Just for a second,I thought they've changed........but it was a mistake, which costs me money, time and nerves....

I'm really sorry but it's since the release of 10.9.2 and even worse with 10.9.3 that the brand new macpro is completely useless for a professional editing station.

Adobe Premiere and encoder don't work, many issues also with resolve.

And NOTHING from Apple!

I'm using my new MacPro as an external hard drive... I'm extremely upset and not sure how long I can wait a fix to this problem that many are facing.

What is certain is that inside Apple they don't test their new OS release in a professional video editing environment.

If by the end of June there is not the fix 'll bring it back and migrate to PC, and I'll also trash my iphone and any apple related products...

I waited so long for the "trashcan"... and at the moment it seems that can is excess in that nickname.

PS: watch out also for your drives: it occurs to me that many usb sticks formatted before Mavericks are unreadable now, I had problems also with external drives...

Apple, what are you doing?!

Today I'm calling Apple, again, but this time I'll record the phone call and transcribe it here.

please some others do the same, they need to understand that we are using their machine for work, not for being asocial on pubblic transit!

Apple!!!!????

Tell us something about this! when will it be fixed?

Is Mr. Boston "specialist" sherlock holmes your spokeperson?!

Thanks

Logging in to say that I am having the same problems. New Mac Pro, 6-core, D700s. After updating to the 2014 version of creative cloud that was released yesterday I am getting all sorts of artifacts on my renders in Premiere and Media Encoder. I'm super frustrated that a $6000 workstation machine is having these types of problems. I hope it gets figured out soon.User uploaded file

It's interesting. There's definitely a problem between Adobe Premiere Pro CC and the graphic cards in the new Mac Pro. If I export from Premiere Pro CC from my 2013 13" MacBook Pro there are no problems, but from the new Mac Pro there are artifacts. So, I usually have to use my MacBook Pro for exporting, but here's the interesting part... If I use Premiere Pro CS5 to export on the new Mac Pro there are no artifacts at all! This leads me to believe that something is off on Adobe's side. Whoever or whatever is at fault, I just hope it gets corrected soon.

Hi All,

Just want to mention that the newest Adobe CC (v.2014) is very laggy release (After Effects, Photoshop) on my current machine with nVidia (iMac, 3,5GHz i7, 16GB, GTX 780M, SSD) comparing to the previous 2013's CC, which was not perfect as well.

I have also older CS5 Production Premium, where everything was perfectly smooth.

My thought - Adobe having problems (like always, even with nVidia's CUDA cards, not mention OpenCL) with drivers, this is not Apple or AMD's fault.
