Mac Pro Render & Export Glitching in Premiere, AME & Resolve

Here are my specs:

Processor: 3.7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon E5

Memory: 12 GB 1867 MHz DDR3 ECC

Graphics: AMD FirePro D300 2048 MB

Software: OS X 10.9.2 (13C64)

Obviously not the best, but certainly not the worst. So it caught me by surprise when my renders and exports in Premiere Pro CC and AME CC started glitching (black flashes, lines, colors and patterns). The odd thing is that the machine works fine while editing, only when I go to send off the project does it cause any problems. This also happens when I try to color correct projects using DaVinci Resolve.

I took my the computer into the nearest Apple Store where they ran stress test on it over two days, but at the end of it all they couldn't find anything wrong with the machine. Has anyone else been experiencing this problem and/or know how to fix it?

Below are two screenshots, one from my project after rendering and one from an export:

HHi, tihe is the solution for lag and crashing of cc2014:

In the finder menu click and hold on the GO menu.

Hold the option button and the User library will show up.

Click the User Library.

In that folder go to preferences and find the adobe folder.

Right click on adobe folder and click get info.

In the Sharing & Permissions section there should be three names. All should say Read & Write next to them.

Unlock the lock, switch them all to read and write. Then click on the little gear directly under the names or to to the left of the lock and in the pulldown click on "apply to enclosed items. Then lock the lock again.

Now go to your OS Hardrive and click on Users, your user name, Documents.

Find the adobe folder there.

The lock the lock again.

Wait 1 minute.

Hello,

I have the Mac Pro 2013 3.5 GHz 6-Core, with dual AMD FirePro D500 cards. After taking it to Apple twice, I am still experiencing glitches in my video renders when I use Davinci Resolve, but more importantly: Premiere Pro.

It is running OS X El Capitan, 10.11.6.

The first time I took it to Apple for repair, they said they replaced both cards. After testing it that same day, I experienced horizontal glitches in my video renders.

On the second time of taking it to Apple for repairs, they said that the logic board needed to be replaced, and it had worked for a few weeks before the glitches began appearing.

It is now the end of August of 2016, and I am still experiencing issues with this $4,500 MacPro that is designed to professionally edit video, yet it can not!

I am having the same issues upon export for many of my videos. Can't seem to nail down the issue. I will clean Cache, delete render files and change export settings, but it seems to always be a gamble. Sometimes the tears clear up, other times they just move to a new spot in the video...
