During installing iTunes and launching it after finish of installation by clicking 'IGNORE' when error message was poped up, I was given below messages.
1) Apple Mobile Device Service was failed to launch
2) Apple Application Support was not found. Apple Application Support is required to run iTunes. Please uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again. Error 2 (Windows error 2)
Both of recommendation above '2)' and your recomendation to install it with WinRAR, the result was the same. Everytime I am facing the above two error messages.
Appreciate for the help in advance,
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version, or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for performance issues, or for compatibility with QuickTime or third party software on 64-bit systems.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I got the same problem as anthule.... An error occured during the instilation of assembly "Microsoft.VC80.CRT,type+"win32",version="8.0.50727.6195"publicKeyToken="1fc8b3 b9a1e18e3b",processorArchitecture="x86". Please refer to Help and Support for more information. HRESULT:0x80070BC9.
Presumably that is a variation on the error mentioned in the further information area of the user tip:
The message "An error occurred during installation of assembly 'Microsoft.VC80.CRT, type="win32", version="8.0.50727.6195", publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b", processorArchitrcture="amd64" ' " may occur because a particular library file is not included in the distribution package supplied with iTunes. Installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update before attempting to reinstall iTunes may help.
With x86 replacing amd64.

tt2;
Thank you. the missing Visual C++ SP1 MFC Security Update library fixed my issue with an installation of iTunes on Windows 10.
You're welcome. 🙂

I have a question related to this subject: I'm unable to open my iTunes after installing it (error 2) in a computer with Windows 10, 64 bits version, but the same iTunes installs and works perfectly with another computer with Windows 10, 32 bits version, that I have!! Clearly there's un issue with 64 bits based versions...answers?? I'm sure apple support knows how to fix this, but I can't find a solution for this problem...
See the method in Install missing components. What component fails to install, and what error message does it give? See this post for steps to produce detailed logs of the installation which may reveal why iTunes won't install.
Since you have a 64-bit system you could also try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) version which is a 64-bit installer for mostly 32-bit code, similar to all 64-bit versions of iTunes up to 12.1.

Thank you for your help! The iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) file worked! Best regards!

For "Could not open key/write value" errors when reinstalling try b noir's user tip:
The technique can be applied to the branch of the registry mentioned in the error message.

I've just had the same issue on Windows 7 with an iPhone 6, iOS 9, iTunes 12.3. Manual installation of all the .msi files solved the problem !!
