Apple TV - Radio Stations

Same problem. In away I'm relieved it's not just me.

I would be wary of doing a 'Full Restore' as any content will be erased, and may not be able to reload from itunes unless you've saved an old version that still sees the ATVs.

Same problem here in Wisconsin since 3/26/14. All else works. Network settings & signal great. Reboots no help. Apple?

Thanks for reporting it, I have this exact problem on an ATV1 here in Europe since 3/26. All other functionality and all other networking (Browser, YouTube, iTunes Store) is OK, didn't change a thing, suddenly only Internet Radio Stations never finds anything anymore.

Hope someone at Apple manages to look into this issue.

Can't seem to file bug report on https://bugreport.apple.com/, requires registration as a developer.

BTW, is there another way to file a trouble ticket on an unsupported device?

Same with my ATV2: "Cannot access Internet Radio stations". In the meantime, I'm air-playing the stations from iTunes through the ATV (should also work on ATV1). Obviously something broken at their end, maybe related to their new & improved iTunes Radio feature. I just hope it's an oversight.

Same here on Atv2 also since 26/3. I can still play the radio through iTunes which is a bit strange as it suggests everything is okay there side but i'm not an expert! Although it's unfortunate but i'm glad it's not just me that has got this problem and I hope they sort it out sooner rather than later. I really thought there was something wrong with my unit before I ran into this thread.

I know this is about ATV (see my previous post on my ATV1 issue) but I now checked my older iTunes 10.7 and Internet Radio gives me "An error occurred while contacting the radio tuning service. Check your Internet connection, or try again later." All other iTunes functionality still works.

So perhaps that is an indication they changed something regarding Internet Radio on the server that makes it no longer compatible with older clients ATV or iTunes, even if it works on the newer iTunes.

Did it and Apple closed it as it is duplicated by another, so they know about it.

It strikes me that if Apple was intentionally dumping access to streaming radio stations from the original Apple TV, why would they leave the "Radio" option still available under the Internet pull-down menu? Maybe that's a kind of leftover that gets left behind on "unsupported" platforms when changes are made elsewhere that unknowingly create an unintended effect.

The internet radio on my Appletv2 is also not working anymore. When I start-up the internet radio all I see is 'Radio'. Please fix this problem Apple, I was using this feature almost every day but now my Appletv becomes useless!
