That's completely between you and your bank, and depends on what the laws in the UAE are for unauthorized charges made to credit or debit cards. No one else can do anything about this, unless the UAE government provides some sort of consumer assistance for such frauds.
Regards.

Sorry for this late response, but did you notice that the address was aple.com and not apple.com? It's clearly a fake.
I received a similar email purporting to come from Apple.com. at 1849hrs 29th April GMT. I became suspicious as it was addressed to me at my PayPal email address. I did not act on the link, which invited me to confirm my Apple ID Log in and password. I have spoken to a rep from Apple who confirmed it was a 'phishing attempt'. I was advised to change my Apple ID Log -in password. I have also securely emailed PayPal as to how my PayPal email address has been divulged to unauthorised persons.
We have to take care and be vigilant.
Another email is going around. My g/f has received it this morning it and is as follows...
From: apple id < online.appIe@service.custome.com>
Date: May 5, 2014 at 1:11:44 AM EDT

Gotta love the attempt in the return email address.
Is there an email address that she can forward to the real Apple to report it as Spam or whatever?
KOT
Apple are only too aware of the many 'phishing emails' currently doing the rounds. Since I received the bogus Apple email on 29th April I have received a further phishing email allegedly direct from PayPal. I have forwarded that onto PayPal as PayPal asks that you do so if it is possible. I am not aware if Apple wants sight of bogus emails allegedly sent by Apple.
I have also contacted my ISP and beefed up security on my email settings. I have asked my ISP to bounce back or return any email which originates from a dubious source. I am monitoring my emails very closely at the moment.
«Pomme respecte votre vie privée.» Oops! (Pomme is French for Apple; The sentence is a direct translation of "Apple respects your privacy")
Same here. Sent by Apple Support <store.support.inc1@icloud.com>
Assuming its spam until I hear from Apple to the contrary
Absolutely a fake. Apple does not send official emails from any icloud.com account.
I too have just received a scam email - pasted below.
Fortunately the use of English in it is so appalling that it arouses suspicion by the time you get to the second word - costumer. None of the grammar, spelling, or punctuation which follows is correct - and I find that's where scammers always fall down ...so it's worth reading a suspicious email carefully and asking yourself how professional the writing is.
Also, hovering my mouse over the Confirm Now link (which I have killed on the cut-and-paste copy of the email below) shows that it links to something called lfreefbgames.net, and NOT to Apple.
So today I received this post:

This is a phising email and you can see this if you choose View->Message->Raw Source (Option-Cmd-U): the email is coming from Noreply@informatie.apple.com which is NOT an Apple domain name. The link goes to
"http://www.verlan.es/wp-admin/js/nu" (href=3D"http://www=2Everlan=2Ees/wp-admin/js/nu")
I share the scam i got last week :
it was from nepasrepondre @ sd-41401.dedibox.fr (i put spaces around the @ to prevent link to be active)
andthe object is Ref :145S1D
I didnt answer because it was in my scam box (thanks hotmail!), but when reading quick we can be fooled when seeing our account will expire, especially when we dont know much about itune accounts options... They also copied the copyright of Apple at the bottom !
Be careful and read slowly your emails !
Hi Stedman,
I just received 2 similar emails.
" [Apple Inc] Activity Seems Unusual. Please Verify " with a link to click, which I will not click.
What concerns me is they appear to be coming from my own email address. I have an iPhone, iPad, iMac and Macbook Pro so not sure if I need to check anything or just ignore. I checked the from and it is my email address. The time zone at the bottom of the email looks to be 7 hrs prior to Pacific time....
The rest of the email looks authentic, without typos...
Is there any known issues? I was thinking of contacting Apple support.
If you place the mouse cursor over the link what URL shows? From your description it seems to be a scam.
Clicking the link should not result in any problem. If a scam, they are trying to get you to go to the link and then enter your ID and password so they now have that information
I have had several people get similar messages at my company. I sent out an IT bulletin warning them. Some people who got them were not even apple account holders. Here is the exact text of the message we received (edited for privacy):
