Apple ID - michael.ward@nda.ox.ac.uk is pending expiration.

Your Apple iCloud account is due to expire within 24 hours of this email

notice because you failed to confirm your Apple/iCloud ID account. We are

required by statutory EU regulation to perform an yearly check on our

members of which you failed to confirm your details.

This is your last notice. You can prevent permanent expiration of your

Apple iCloud ID by confirming it by logging in below. This is a one time

procedure.

To confirm your Apple ID:

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,

Apple Inc

I have had several in the past and each time I forward it to reportphishing@apple.combut I have NEVER had any sort of response from them. I think Apple should reply at least to inform the reporter that it was a phishing email and not genuine.

I Don't know who or what Gloworm gas is, so after seeing what it said on "details" clicked the link to have an interesting five minutes on the obviously bogus website.

Perhaps not the right thing to do but I just filled in all fields with extremely rude Anglo-Saxon words.

The credit card details box accepted all nines and I think the regional police headquarters will respond favourably to any calls or texts asking for Miss *very offensive word* - that's the number I put down when requested, premium rate it is too.

Don't usually have that much free time but it kept me amused for a while..
