dears,

please i need your help my device still under warranty and the service center want to charge me

almost 2 weeks now mobile with them without any salutation

If your iPhone suffered water damage, then its not covered by warranty, and Apple does not repair iPhones, they replace them. So what you've been told is quite likely the situation you face and there's probably nothing that can change that. If you believe that the iPhone was not exposed to water but the authorized service center is claiming otherwise, you can try calling Apple Support at 8000 444 0407, but most likely they will accept the diagnosis of the service center's technician.
