Texts I send are showing up "Unknown"

My husband and kids have all been receiving texts from "unknown" and the body of text says "message not found". I've determined these are texts coming from MY phone. I sent a group text to hubby and my 3 kids. My kids all got the text and hubby did not. Instead he got the "unknown" message. Same thing happened a couple times. So I KNOW it's my phone. I've done a hard reboot with no luck. Any solutions out there? We are all using iPhones. Two 4S, two 5's, and one 5C. Mine is a 5.

I'm on ATT&T help chat line with this same problem right now but I haven't gotten any actual help yet.

One person is using a galaxy, but he's on verizon. I suspect if everyone was using iPhones and the bubbles were iMessage blue I wouldn't be having the issue

I Have the same issue. I send an iMessage to two Verizon iPhones ftom my at&t iphone the group thread appears but any responses from the Verizon phones appear as unknown.
