Hi,
I have iCloud linked up to Outlook, and Outlook is linked to the Windows 8 calendar app. However, when viewing my calendar on windows 8, I see duplicate entries. But when I view it on Outlook.com, there are only single entries. What can I do? Also, some new calendar events that I created on my ipod have not synced to iCloud. Overall, I want to view my iPod calendar on Outlook and on Windows 8.

No, it doesn't. It is because my iPod is connected to my PC by USB too?
To sync your calendar with iCloud you need to go to Settings>iCloud on your iPod, sign into your iCloud account and turn Calendars on. (It uses wifi, not your computer so you can disconnect it from your comptuer.)
Then go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Default Calendar (in the Calendars section) and make sure you have selected your iCloud calendar as your default.
If you've done all those things and new events added to your iPod still don't appear on your calendar on icloud.com, go to Settings>iCloud, turn Calendars off, choose Delete from My iPod when prompted (they will still be in iCloud), then after 30 seconds or so, turn Calendars back on. Wait for your iCloud calendar to download back to your iPod, then add another test events and see if it appears on icloud.com now.
