Videos on Youtube are not read correctly, as if the videos were vibrating. I reinstall Flash Player but it didn't change anything.

While signed in to your YouTube account, load this page. You may see a link with the text "Leave the HTML5 Trial." If so, click that link.

Does that mean you couldn't do what I suggested, or that you did do it and there was no change?

But when you sign out of the YT account, the video stuttering stops? If not, what exactly did you do that made it stop?
I put Safari in private navigation to make it work. So I was disconnected from my YT account. But if I do it in normal mode, it still bug. And my extensions are still running in private nav...
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data
and confirm. Test.
