Can't view Purchased items

So, built a new computer and installed iTunes. Logged into my account, turned on iTunes match, and tried to view previously purchased apps, movies, books, music, etc. None of my previously purchased items show up. When I go to TV shows it will show me all of the shows I have purchased, and if I select one from the list it will then display to the right how many episodes I own, but it will not display the actual episodes (seems like a video problem). It does the same thing for music with authors and albums. It shows me the list to the left but upon selection of a musician it tells me how many songs I own from them but does not show them so I can download them.

I have checked my Hidden items and confirmed that none of the many shows, apps, movies I am looking for are hidden. I logged out and back into iTunes, I turned on and off Match. Nothing is allowing me to view previous purchases. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

OMG - I just though of something when I was responding to another post....

Have you Authorized your new computer to your Apple ID? While signed onto iTunes, click on Store on the top menu and then on Authorize this Computer.

Could it be that simple? (fingers crossed)

I can see all of my TV shows and Movies under the Library heading in iTunes, but I still can't see those items on the purchased page within the store.

I authorized my comp at the very beginning, so that is not the issue.

So, I'm logged into iTunes on my only account, I'm in the Purchased page, I've selected Music and All Albums. No album pictures show up, but I can select the scroll bar on the right and move it, but it disappears completely after about 10 seconds. The same thing happens with movies and tv shows and apps. It's like everything is hidden, although I have checked a bunch of times and no objects are hidden on my account.

Maybe I should deauthorize all of my comps and then authorize only this one...

OK, wait. You can see all of your items (including your purchased items) in the Library? Do any of them have a cloud next to them?

Yes, but my main issue is with the apps area as none of my apps show there with/without a cloud. I've submitted a ticket to Apple support (not getting my hopes up as they usually only read the first sentence and ignore the rest).

The fact that all of my movies and tv shows show in the Library part of iTunes makes this weird. If they show there I would expect them to show in the store as well without any issues.

OK, sounds like that is where you need to go, unless you are talking about Mac apps?

If you are talking about Mac apps, then you need to go to the App Store not to iTunes. The Apps in iTunes are iOS Apps....

Yeah, it's iOS apps that are bugging me, but the whole Puchased area is buggy for me as well. Thanks for trying to help!
