how to unlock iphone 4s

sprint told me to come here and ask apple for help because they can only do it not for domestic what do i do please help. if it helps my iphone is also has a clean esn and has no 2 year contract.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1

I would call them back and ask for a supervisor or manager. ONLY a carrier can unlock a carrier locked phone. If you got the phone from Sprint on contract it was locked to them. Once the contract has expired they should unlock it for you.

I thought the 4S was network agnostic, but I may be wrong on that.

Or you had a phone on your Dad's account and you racked up charges and your Dad was going to shut off your phone because of this?
