Keep getting Pop-ups from fuq.com

When visiting various other online merchants, we randomly get redirected to a site (fuq.com) and it's not every time.???

iPad mini Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1

And of course, if it happens while on the cellular network, the above is worthless since there would be no wireless router on the cellular network.

Seems to only happen to me when connected to wifi at home. Will try the "manage a hacked wireless router" and let you know if that works.
