Mail will not open
Mail will not open on my Mac OSX running lion 10.7.5. When I click the icon in applications or the dock, Mail appears in the Menu bar but nothing else happens. HELP
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.4)
YO, I have not gone through any of this headache, but my mail will not open, if I just reinstall OS X completely will it work? Also, how will I do that?.... I tried the following:
I tried restarting "Mail"
I force quit mail
I restarted my computer
I closed all other apps
Opened mail from both launchpad and finder
I repeated steps above in different sequences
I have had no luck.

Recently I have done the following:
Played around with dual booting linux.
wiped my computer, (twice) from errors and corrupt partitions.
Went through an "Internet Recovery Mode" process Last Sunday.
My mail has been failing, (I think) since my last wipe on Sunday.
