In the Podcasts selection in the latest Itunes release (11.2), there is no "Refresh" button at the bottom, right of the window. How does one refresh subscribed podcasts now?

BTW, it appears to me that managing podcasts via the Podcast List view is problematic for iTunes v11.2.2. If I either refresh the podcasts or just rate an existing, downloaded podcast iTunes consumes an huge amount of memory (I just rated a podcast via the List view and iTunes’ memory usage went from 270MB to 3GB). If I use the My Podcasts view and rate a podcast via command+i/Get Info function, iTunes’ memory consumption stays at 270MB. For those having trouble with iTunes freezing when refreshing podcasts I suggest using a podcast view other than List.
I appear to have the same issue. iTunes begins to consume memory quickly when podcasts are being refreshed. I have 11.2.2 installed.
