My notes have been deleted! Help.

Ok i'm quite frustrated with this issue now.

A couple of weeks ago my iPhone 4S thought it would be a good idea to wipe all of my phone contacts. After some playing around I just turned the iCloud off and then on again and cosequently everyone's phone number in my contacts returned.

Now yesterdsy as I backed out from a note I had just typed up in the notes app obviously, my iPhone thought it would be a good idea to wipe this month's entire history of notes I had written out so essntially i've lost all notes in May. I dd the same again, turn off ICloud and turn back on again but it didn't work. I did all the little things like turn the whole device off, nothing worked. Yesterday was the 17th May.

Now I saw that I had manually backed up my IPhone to a computer on the 11th May so 6 days prior, so I decided to erase all content from phone and restore from there assuming my notes would return, albeit, being behind everywhere else by 6 days. However I was shocked to find my notes had not returned. I then frantically tried to restore back to yesterday's restore point but realised there wasn't a period for this. However, the ICloud had automatically backed up my data on the 16th May so the day before yesterday and when I realised that was the case, I restored to there but despite getting most back of what I had lost over that 6 day period, my notes written in May were STILL nowhere to be seen.

Now I have notes set to back up with the ICloud on my IPhone but all of my notes in May seem to have been mysteriously deleted and I cannot retrieve them again. What do I do now and why has this happened? I'm extremely frustrated and need answers ASAP.
