MacBook Pro 13' Retina Late 2013 Trackpad, EFI and Boot ROM Version issue?

Hello Everyone,

This is my first question on Apple communities, since I am fairly new to Mac OS

So I have purchased a MacBook Pro 13' Retina late 2013 a couple of weeks ago, and I noticed that there is a little bit of lagging in the Trackpad and keyboard, like if I leave the laptop for about 5 or more seconds, and come back to swipe up or down the Trackpad doesn't respond right away, I mean it lags a little then it works just fine until I leave it again and come back to it later. This is very annoying, and it does happen to the keyboard as well, because if I leave the laptop and come back to press anything in the keyboard, it will not respond right away it will take a second to respond! (I literally do not touch it for about 5 seconds and it does lag after I start using it)

I have contacted Apple, went to the store and exchanged it with a nother one, but unfortunately, same problem exists!

Here is what I noteiced though, When I looked at the Boot ROM version, I noticed that it is different from all the other (same) model MacBook I have tried either at the store or even by researching online.

My ROM and SMC are:

Boot ROM Version: MBP111.0138.B07

SMC Version (system): 2.16f63

Now every single MacBook I have tried has a different ROM version and even SMC version. For the ROM, I found out that the version is MBP111.0138.B03, and mine is "B07" (the last three degits)

By the way, My Mack is like I said Retina 13' Late 2013, has a 8 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD, 2.4GHz i5.

Again I have tried the same exact model at the store, and found out that the correct version is installed which is not mine I believe

Can someone please tell me why my ROM version is different, I mean I am running the same OS Apple store computers are running which is 10.9.3

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Thanks

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

I Can't check my rom right now coz I'm trying a reinstall for the 5th time. I found this thread after doing a hardware diagnostic.

PPt004 - battery

Pfm 006 - smc

PPn 001 - power management

i have the same issues. im a late 2013 mbp 13inch 8g ram - 256Gb and a 2.4 i5

you know before this all happened I could never figure out why when I went to "about this Mac" then checked the usb hubs - on the Bluetooth or trackpad (which seemed to be connected to that hub... It said unrecognized...it's all native Apple hardware.

Im not sure if that is related or not.

But my fans have gotten worse and worse... Now it's just a noise constantly.

i Installed the beta 10.11 on a second partition I created on my internal documents drive - next day this happened. Again is it co-incidence? Software/hardware??

i Also have seen in console - wrong system identifier or wrong OS identifier.

cant reinstall - getting the trackpad/keyboard issue In the logs...

I don't imagine Apple will do anything - I bought a 2010 Mac pro and like thousands of other customers had a Bluetooth issue - I couldn't use my magic mouse without a 3rd party Bluetooth usb adapter. - they never did anything. I'm still using the adapter. I showed them in the store the thousands of posts about the issue... Even went as far as people drill holes through the metal casing and extending the antenna

Last sat thing I want to mention. I recently started using an SD card in the past 2 weeks. I have seen "sd card" floating around threads relating to our issue.
