Resound Linx

I would like to start a new discussion centered around the Resound Linx and Apple iOS devices. Let me give you a little background about myself and the Resound Linx. I have been using hearing aids for almost 8 years. In April I purchased the Resound Linx 9. For the most part I have been very pleased with the product, but there have been issues where I have been frutstrated at times such as the loss of the Bluetooth connection and the quality of streaming. I am also very fortunate as my audiologist has given me the Airlink and software to make adjustments to the Linx. From this standpoint I would be very interested in other Linx users and their experiences.

Thanks.

I am having the same problem.

The ReSound app after working for 3 months will not connect, I can adjust most of the settings on my I phone 6S in general settings.

Pushing the home button 3 times takes me directly to the hearing aid settings in general settings,

I'll call ReSound 1-888-735-4327 next week.

Other than the bluetooth features, my Starkey Destiny hearing aids from the VA worked very well.

Happy New Year

Just found this board and hope someone can give suggestions to help. I have a ReSound LS761-DRW hearing aid for my left ear. I am using it with my iPhone 6. I am almost deaf in my right ear so an aid will not help that one. I got my new aid in July and was satisfied with it at first. But kept having problems with having to repair each morning when I would shut the battery case. I had gone out of town for several months so I went to an audiologist where I was staying and they got on the phone with ReSound support and worked thru the problem and found when the HA was originally set up, the pairing process was not completely done. From then on I had problems hearing on my phone when I was not using my HA. Prior to that I could hear great. The audiologist looked in my ear and saw a large piece of ear wax and said that could be what was causing the problem and I would need to get my ENT to remove it when I returned home. I did so after returning home but the sound was very low. My husband has used my phone several times and has said there is something wrong with my phone. In order for him to talk on it he has to use the speakerphone. He has the same model iPhone 6 as I do and his volume is just fine.

I Am at a loss as to what to do, should I go to Apple or should I go to ReSound? I am on IOS 10.2 and just updated to ReSound Smart app version 3.4.0 last week. I would appreciate any suggestions to help me so I can hear when I do not have my HA in.

thanks in advance for your help.
