Will Apple fix the battery drainage problems with ios 7.1.2?

I just bought the iphone 5S 16Gb space grey with ios 7.1.1 pre installed. The thing that i noticed & bothers me is the huge battery drain. I have to charge 3-4 times in a day. The battery even drains if my iphone is on standby mode. I restored to ios 7.1.1 again & again, recalibrated my battery but still no luck. I've googled this problem & most iphone 5 & 5S users complain of this, so will apple fix this problem in the upcoming ios 7.1.2? And when will it be released? Im afraid of damaging my iPhone because of excessive charging.

The only thing that has changed on the iPhone is the iOS everything is the same. Kind of coincidence the that the new iphone 6 is coming out. Btw my iphone was not part of the iphone 5 battery recall. the iOS does control everything on the iphone, so it could be telling itself to run some process thus causing the battery to drain. If only apple would allow me to go back to previous version and then I can rule out the iOS.
