RSD repair times?

I sent in my mac book last sunday and it shows that it has been received by apple since the 6th. I have called apple care a few times and have been told that my part is on order.

Just curious how long did it take everyone else out there to have your computers repaired?

MacBook 2.0 ghz White, Mac OS X (10.4.7), I own a gateway now due to RSS

It arrived at the UK repair centre on 1st Sept. from germany, status changed on a Sunday, but there´s a gap between "Begin Testing" and "Ready to Ship". Boy, if they .... no, don´t even think about it!!!

I took mine in on Sept.21. The store didn't actually order the part until Sept.25 and it was fixed and returned to me on Sat. Sept.30th. They replaced the logic board, heatsink, battery, and ac adapter. So far, seems to be good. My old battery would only last 2-3 hours but this one says it has 5 hours on a full charge. During the repair times, the status said product pickup pending which didn't make any sense as it was fixed in store and according to them, they were waiting for the part. It has a new weird static noise that is intermittent but highly annoying. Seems to run much cooler to the touch than before. I have a week 21 book and I really missed it while it was away!
