Recently updated to 11.2.2 and since then my itunes keps timing out with the spinning wheel and is constantly stuck, not responding, any advice please apple ?
This is not good, i have re loaded it 3 times and still no good.............

Me too. I have a Mac and I get the spinning ball for iTunes and for the Apps Store…never resolves. You'd think they'd want to take my money. Has anyone found a solution?

I am having same issue too. Trying to transfer apps from old ipad to ipad air and it just not responding using itune, not even icloud.
This worked for me, when iTunes was not responding in Windows 10.
