As far as I can tell, the Equalizer icon that used to reside in the lower right hand corner of the iTunes window has disappeared. Now, the only way to access the equalizer is by going to View > Show Equalizer which brings up a separate window.
Would be nice if the Equalizer icon came back.

My version of iTunes is 7.0.2. This evening i discover that one can modify the columns wich appear in the iTunes window (Title, Artist, Album ...) by right clicking on the menubar. Then a list appear with the item "Equalizer". Then you can for each title choose the type of egalization you want. OK the manual choice does not exist there and fot his, we are obliged to go to the menu bar of the app... But this tip is interesting...
Best regards to all

Hey Terence, I just wanted to say "thanks" you to ya. I was going crazy not having the Equalizer Icon in the iTunes window and your solution helped out alot. Thanks for being nice enough to post a solution and quick fix to that problem. "You da Man!"
