why would u need a billing account? does finding
artwork cost money or a small fee. please reply ASAP

I was just as startled as others when I just downloaded some album art for my own CDs (purchased at retail). Curious why I had to log into my account, I immediately checked that "My Account" hadn't been charged (it had not).
So, why would a billing account be required to obtain what is currently a free service? One person's guess: The probability of any iTunes user purchasing
anything from the iTunes Store increases dramatically
if they already have an account established. So, if Apple wants to increase their iTunes Music Store market share (duh), and can get
millions of iTunes users to establish a billing account just by giving away 300KB image files ... Catch my drift?
