podcast app opens then closes

Same issue with all of my devices: iPad, iPad mini, iPhone, iPod touch.

Put in airplane mode,

launch the app,

count to 10,

turn off airplane mode ...

Same problem: iphone podcast app started crashing 30 minutes ago. I'm trying airplane mode, and so far so good. Just adding my voice here in the hope that Apple actually pays attention to mass complaints!

I was using the podcast app throughout the day with no problems until about 8pm when I tried to go on it and it crashed. My boyfriend has been having this problem for about a week now so I suspected it was the same problem so I tried it on my phone instead of my ipad and found that the same thing was happening there too. Unsure as to why my boyfriend got it a week before me why it happened on my iPhone and my ipad at exactly the same time!
