Problem with Location Services

I'm having problems with the location services on my iPad Air running iOS 7.1.1

I've all services turned on, yet all apps which use location services say the services are turned off.

Any my idea why this is happening?

I Have the same issue. Have not changed a thing and location will not work.....worked before!

All right, so I don't even know what happened, but one fine morning, it suddenly starts working!! Any guess on how this happened?
