ios 7.1.2 exhange account problem

Hello,

after update my iPhone 5s to iOs 7.1.2 I cannot

use my

Exchange mail account anymore.

I got "Canot verify user information" if i try to login to the account.

Same account with my iPad Air with ios 7.1.1 I work great.

Any hints?

Hello. I've tried putting the iphone in question on the wireless that is on the network and the installation of exchange also failed. I'm able to install email on an android phone using the same port and exchange installs just fine, no errors no pop ups saying that the server could not be found, or that the password is incorrect and yes the password is correct. 🙂 Port 443 is open, checked it from a command link and it showed that the port was listening and if it was indeed closed, my android phone would not have connected.
