Contacts iCloud account became untitled source and can't delete

Suddenly my contacts were duplicated with my iCloud account and another Icloud account name untitled source. I removes the sync from my iCloud account and deleted all contacts from my mac. The untitled source account remains there and I can't delete a single contact.

To fix this:

Quit Contacts
In the Finder, choose Go to Folder from the Go menu.
Enter: ~/Library/Application Support/AddressBook/Sources
For each folder within Sources, if the folder only contains a file named Configuration.plist, trash the folder.

I did this and the "Untitled Source" folder was recreated. At lease my source appears in Internet Accounts, but when I delete it, it reappears after a short period of time.
