My Devies is iPhone ( 5C , 5S ) last version 7.1.2 .. I do everything hard restore .. Reset network .. Turn off and on .. And then error or waiting to activate .. My carrier take amount to activate imessage please Help because amount in excess of

If i restore my iPhone 5s i will face some problem with zain again or keep my my iphone

I Had the same issue, for me it was a case of my new contract which provided me with free air time, since iMessage sends an sms to verify your phone number and does not use the free allocated air time. I added 5 South African Rand (about $0.50) then signed out of iMessage, waited two minutes and then signed back in.
