I got a new Iphone 6s . So I did what a normal person would do, to reset factory settings. Now, to my Icloud account. I very well know the password for my . I did the troubleshoot in icloud/#find but "device not found" error shows. What do I do? Please help. I forgotten the password and ID

Yeah this doesn't help me whatsoever, what if you don't know who the owner was?

I cant get in my iPhone because I forgot my old icloud

When you have a question it's better to start your own thread than tack onto an ancient thread which isn't even on the same subject.

Did you buy your phone second-hand (used)? Does your screen look like this (with the ID being shown not yours)? -

If a second-hand iOS device has been 'Activation locked' then only the previous owner can unlock it, either by providing you with the account ID and password, or by removing it from his list of devices (as he should have done before selling it) - please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515

If you are unable to contact him to do this then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way of unlocking it at all. Apple cannot unlock it for you, nor locate the previous owner.

You should if possible return it to wherever you bought it and ask for a refund as in this event the device is completely useless.

my cousin gave me his iPhone6 with a broken screen and took it to the repairs shop, and get it fix and rest it.

trying to activate it my cousin told he has forgot his Apple ID password. Can you please help in activate this iPhone 6 and start communicating.

Only the person who set the lock can unlock it. If you can't contact him then I'm afraid there is nothing you can do. Apple cannot unlock it for you, nor can the websites which claim to be able to do so for a fee - these are scams.

If the ID being asked for is yours and you have forgotten the password you will have to reset and restore the phone. If the ID being asked for is not yours but a previous owner's, only they can unlock it. Please see my post immediately above.

You should start a new thread describing your issue not piggyback on an existing thread.

Only the person who set the lock can unlock it. There is no other way round it - Apple cannot unlock it for you. He will need either to give you the ID and password (unless you can actually take the phone to him to unlock it) or remove the phone from his list of devices.

Why are you asking the original poster this? I doubt he has anything to do with it. If your phone is Activation Locked then you must contact the original owner to get it unlocked. Only he can do it, and no-one on here can help you find him if you don't know who he is.
