Can't submit for review after got Metadata Rejected in new iTunesconnect

I see there are many bugs with new iTunesconnect. One of those I got today is my app was rejected because Metadata Rejected. I followed the instructions in Resolution Center but the final step I got message : "Your app information could not be saved. Try again. If the problem persists". I have no idea how to upload new metadata with new iTunesconnect

To continue my previous post.

After submitting my app with the way that I described, I got again a Metadata Rejection...

I fixed the issues that caused the rejection, created a new build, selected it from the prereleases and tried to submit again.

I got an error again...with again no details...

I have tried a lot of things, new versions, changing metadata etc.

I really do not know what else to do...hope that there is a bug with itunesconnect and hoping that Apple will fix this ...

Does anyone has the same problem?

Same problem. I had a metadata rejection coupled to a code rejection. So I had to resubmit my update binary. When I do it, either when I am in the waiting for review status or developer rejected one (there are apparently no longer the waiting for update and upload received statuses) I get an error by which a a version with the same version has been already uploaded. Even if the only uploaded binary was the rejected one. I also informed Apple of the bug.

So it turns out you dont need to resubmit if youve just been asked to provide more details in the resolution centre (following metadata rejection). You just complete the response in the resolution centre, and then leave it at that. less than 24 hrs later, Apple staff saw the response, then put the app back in review, then cleared it for sale automatically for me.

The problem is when there is both a normal issue and a metadata one. It seems there is a bug in the Apple system by which the metadata error flag in some way covers the other one, thus just leaving the possibility to the user for changing the metadata and resubmit the same binary. Yet, if there is another issue to fix a new binary should also be submitted, and here the Apple system fails. I contacted them and they suggested me to change version on iTunes Connect, but that did not seem to work either. The irony is that the metadata rejection was to due to the mention of mine of iOS 8 in the change-log and now iOS 8 is well out and I am still unable to submit the update!

These people are mad: this is the mail I received as an an answer by Apple to my complaints and requests for a fix:

As stated in my previous email, in order to further assist you, I am requesting additional information that will allow me to understand the issue. Please provide the following:

-Screenshots illustrating the issue in Safari

-Steps to reproduce the issue

-Exact text of any error messages you receive

-Web browser and version

Once I receive the requested information, I will investigate further or forward your request to the appropriate team for review.

and I told them about ten times Xcode does not allow me to submit my binary providing them with the error screenshot!
