If you are angry that Apple is not allowing the wifi calling feature to a phone that is only a little more than a year old, let them know that you want this feature! We paid a lot of our hard-earned money for our phones and Apple better make it last for more than a two years. I do not want my phone to go the way of the first generation ipads, obsolete in two years. http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
I agree with Angryusers1717. Follow his link and report this to apple. Squeaky wheel gets the most grease.
I agree, but there is a problem with feedback. There is no send or submit field to send the comment!
For some stupid reason it doesn't show up under Chrome or Safari, but does under Firefox. I did it that way.

I am in the UK on a iphone 5 using the 3 carrier and also have no wifi call option
And if you watch the keynote and read the release notes, the only UK carrier right now that supports Wi-Fi callings is EE. However, as you have already read, the iPhone 5 does not support Wi-Fi calling.
What happened to Orange UK: The last time I visited London, in December, 2012, they supported WiFi Calling?
Well, not sure. Just repeating what I heard. If they supported it then, then it is very possible they do now. However, my only other comment to the OP would be to check with the carrier. I do not use Wi-Fi calling, or T-Mobile, so I cannot speak any further about it.

Orange UK are now called EE
Hi
I am hit with a bigger trouble - I own iPhone 5 and so does my wife. We upgraded to iOS 8.2 and were initially with AT&T but this weekend - we switched over to T-Mobile. Sim cards were changed to t-mobile cards. For the past few days - I have been observing continuous dropped calls and static. Didn't realize what was happening. called the customer support -cudn't resolve it. But HERE IS SOMETHING WHICH YOU WILL LIKE - Whenever a call comes in both are phone rings :-) This is happening because the call is coming over to one of the phone but ringing both due to Wifi Calling. The unfortunate part for me is that as I shifted from AT&T - the option to disable wifi-calling doesn't exist!! which means it's now a big headache as both of us receive calls and most of my calls are office ones. I cannot disable it unless I completely disable wifi from my phone altogether.
That isn't Wifi calling. It sounds like both phones are logged into Apple with the same Apple ID and Continuity is sending calls to all iDevices on the same Apple ID.
That is continuity. To turn that off, go to Settings>FaceTime>iPhone cellular calls, and turn that off. If both devices are logged in with the same Apple ID and are on the same Wi-Fi network, this is the behavior you will see.
So the answer is NO.
