The tempered glass from spigen has been sorted out with this latest batch/rerelease.

Even though their (lack of) response to emails has been shocking they seem to have sorted their stuff out.

The volume buttons on the neo hybrid metal case now actually work and the glass screen protector does now cover the display.

due due to the shape if the phone there is not a lot of room to move when applying the screen protector so s steady hand is needed for it to be perfect. I'm certainly happy they've managed to get their act together.

A little pricey but solid.

Btw what is it with ios 8 and these forums???? I don't need two capital letters at the start of every line I type in!!!!

I think a whole lot of iphone 6/6plus products from spigen stopped being available on Amazon but when new batches of their previously defective/poorly designed cases and screens came back in stock early November it all went back on Amazon. Having said that, I did end up ordering my case and prorector from the spigen site directly as the prices for me here in australia were almost the same.

Spigen has a cyber Monday special today and I think they usually can offer first time buyers a discount of 10 or 20% off - just google "spigen vouchers" and see what you can find if they still do that

if you are looking at their cases I have bought the neo hybrid metal and the slim armor (I bought that in October) so let me know if you have any questions about those two. They're both pretty decent but the two have some differences between them

It's the tempered glass screen protector I bought. Not the film versions.

It covers the display just nicely (and just a smidgen more). It doesn't cover the whole phone just the display. spigen changed their info photos on the website when this new batch came in. There's probably a photo there that says "what you should know". That, from memory explains how the glass sits. On the top there is a cut out for the speaker and the light sensor on the phone but not one for the camera.

i Noticed that anazon has the same photo info on the listing there so I assume it should be the same one. I guess you could return it if isn't -ie if it doesn't cover the display and diesnt have those exact cutouts.

I emailed spigen before I bought it but never received a reply regarding the amazon stock. Pretty poor on that front. If they are too busy to reply to everyone's emails then get someone in to do it. Anyway.......

Hope that info helps

Hey. Stop bickering please. We are here to discuss which screen protector will work for the iPhone 6. Anyone found any screen protectors that cover the whole glass, including the curvature? I would like to get one that does. Do post pics if you think you have the ideal screen protector.

iLoome

Can´t really comment on quality/durability on these since i don´t have one, but this is the only one i found that has edge to edge cover..That is tempered glass.

I Have a screen protector from Moshi

www.moshi.com

i can't post a picture but they are edge to edge. They have a tempered glass version but I had problems with it since it seemed to interfere with the proximity sensor but their IVisor AG works fine. It has a version in white or black to match the front of the phone.

Also it it installs really easily with no problems and it can be taken off and cleaned and reapplied although you may have to use dish soap and water if the adhesive starts to fade but the washing will get the adhesive back

I ordered the Armadok Corning Gorilla Glass Screen Protector and it arrived today. I'm disappointed that it did not come with any instructions on how to install it. I looked online for instructions and there are none, not even on their site that I ordered it from. So I have it, but no clue how to install it. I wonder if it would be the same as any other glass one? I've never installed anything like this before. It came with an alcohol wipe, dust cloth and dust removal stickers and a squeegee. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

They all install pretty much the same way.

1. DO NOT use the alcohol wipe. Alcohol can strip the Oleophobic coating on your screen

2. All you want to do is get ALL dust off the screen. Clean any finger prints, smudges and dust the screen with the microfiber cloth and if there is any dust, use a damp towel, if any dust remains, use a water dampened towel. Or if you have anything like iClean (a cleaner specifically made for iDevice screens) use that.

3. Once you're sure your screen is nice and clean the screen protector should have tabs on both sides to make aligning it with the openings on the phone easier to put in place. If your's doesn't, put some tape on both ends to help.

4. Typically the side with the sticky surface will have a colored wrap, which you'll remove just before you align it to your phone.

5. Take the under wrap off and very slowly, lower the screen protector to your phone, making sure you're aligning it so the speakers, home button, etc., are not going to clear the protector.

6. Lower the screen protector on your iPhone and with your finger, push in the center of the protector. It should self seal all the way.

6. If if doesn't, the squeegee they provided was provided to let you smooth out any air bubble that might remain.

7. Once it's seated and you're happy, remove the top protective coating and enjoy.

Update for my phone. After 7 failed Zagg Glass intalls on my iPhone 6, I had given up putting a screen protector on it. The problem with the Zagg Glass is that for some reason, it would not seat around the edges completely so it looked terrible. Today, I was out holiday shopping and there was a Ghost Armor Kiosk and even though I've never thought a wet applied screen protector was such a great idea, I thought for my phone it might work. So I gave it a shot. Ghost Armor is supposed to be scratch proof and if you do scratch it, it's supposed to self heal. We'll see if that's right, but I have to admit it looks pretty good on my screen.
