Got most of the album that apple decided I wanted to stop showing on my iphone but one song remains and hasn't got any option to hide or delete. I turned 'Show all music' off on the iphone and I hide the album in iTunes on the computer. The song every breaking wave remains on my iphone. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

I solved this. What I did, was went to the iTunes store and went ahead and downloaded the album. After downloading I was finally given the option to swipe and delete each song on my phone. Did that and also deleted the album in iTunes. Finally ridded myself of the unwanted u2 album.

if there is a cloud icon displaying to the right of the songs then they are not on your phone any more
Tried everything: link, settings - U2 still doesn't go away.
Someone at Apple should be fired for this stunt.
Have you ever figured this out? Because I have the same problem, tried to talk to apple support, and they tried to charge me $30 before they would even listen to me.

i just checked my music list, and to my amazement, that one remaining song has finally vanished.
