Apple may kick Fitbit out of stores!

This does work as it is the set up I have, though it does not do steps, only weight. Also it seems pretty sporadic when it does sync.
does not sync steps, and miles, that's the most important thing I am missing... even with myfitnesspal, the weight doesn't sync for some reason, I don't know why, but this might be totally different thread for that. myfitnesspal and fitbit weight information sync correctly, but myfitnesspal weight doesn't sync with healthkit. frustrated.
Hi all,
http://www.idownloadblog.com/2014/10/08/fitbit-no-love-health-app/
Found this article saying that FitBit won't be linking with Health, at least in the short-term
🙂
see my note above - Apple is possibly kicking fitbit out of Apple stores for not supporting Health
TTry wristband manager. The developer has integrated fitbit steps to sync with health app. Some rough edges but these are assured to be worked out.
I have found a way to get my Fitbit activity into Apple Health.
I was able to get my Fitbit activity (total steps, total floors climbed, total distance walked, total calories burned, sleep, and weight). You will need to install the Jawbone Up app (purple icon) and the IFTTT app. Create accounts in both apps. Log into the Up app and have the app send info to the Health app. Log into the IFTTT app and add the Fitbit and Up Channels. Add the Log Fitbit Activities to Jawbone Up, Fitbit Sleep to Jawbone Up, and Log Fitbit Weight to Jawbone Up recipes (the will be under the Fitbit Channel and the icon with have the Fitbit logo on the left and the Up icon on the right). You will get a notification on your phone from the IFTTT app when the recipe runs.
Hope this helps everyone.
Check out Sync Solver for Fitbit in the app store. It automatically syncs all your Fitbit data into Health on a daily basis.
I tired what you said. How do you get the recipe to run, set i on a fixed time?
No, it end up not working for me either so I purchased the Sync Solver app for $.99 and it has worked for me so far.

FITBIT SAYS NO TO APPLE HEALTHKIT
Yes, that's what this 2 month Old thread is about.
The MacWorld article you linked to is from 8 October.
The Misfit Flash is $49 and it was actually $24 over the weekend at Best Buy and at Misfit.com. I bet it will be that cheap again at Christmas.
We have recently launched an app called SyncFit. Its a simple and straight forward app, which automatically and periodically updates the SyncFit data into Healthkit seamlessly. Please check out. http://www.syncfitapp.com/
I may receive some form of compensation, financial or otherwise, from my recommendation or link.

I am done with FitBit too. I just discovered that the FitBit app is no longer compatible with the new iPad Air 3 and FitBit has no plans to fix that problem either. All of this may be related to the fact that Apple recently stopped selling FitBit products at its stores. I suspect that FitBit Is well on its way to becoming obsolete.

There is no such thing as an iPad Air 3.
The Fitbit app cannot be compatible with a non-existent device.
