Dictionaries not accessible after upgrading to iOS 8

Hi,

Since I have updated my iPad to iOS 8, the installed dictionaries are neither accessible nor downloadable. I just see progress circles, but nothing happens.

Other dictionaries, that haven't been installed (with the Cloud symbol), are downloadable and can be deleted.

Has anybody the same issue?

Hi, here are the steps that solved it for me:

Open iTunes, connect iPad and synchronize it.
In iTunes go to the list of installed apps (not the app store) and delete the iBooks app (right-click).
Find the iBooks app in the app store and download it.
Synchronize again.

This issue can be solved by plug your device to your computer and let your computer syns with your device. Unplug your device. That's it.
