Same problem here...
when i first turn on my iPad everything seems to work fine but if i lieave for a while on standby it shows no service.
THe the only way i found to get ir working again is to restart my iPad.
any solutions?
Same here. no service/network after a little time.
I've had the same issue too. I've rebooted and the fixed it temporarily. But then it's back to no service. It works fine on Wi-fi, just no cellular service.
I show the "No Service" message in the top left corner of all screens, however I am logged into the network and have normal usage. It seems that the message is the error not the network.
I have deactivated wireless and see the "No Service" in the left corner. But it's not only a display bug, because i'm really offline and have no service.
Same issue here. i reset the network settings, and it worked for a while, but then it went back to No Service.
I have the same issue. Rebooting usually resolves it for a while but the issue comes back shortly after.
on the same boat. I confirmed that it affected both AT&T and T-Mobile. My temp solution is same like others, reboot the iPad.
Same problem... Is there any way to inform Apple about this?
Same problem here
SAme problem here. Works for a while, then needs a reboot which only solves the problem temporarily.
Can an we get some feedback from apple please?
Same issue here, any news mr Apple ?
Unlike you, when I got No Service it really meant no service. I wonder if you had jumped to a WiFi connection that allowed you to connect.
To all others, I have noticed that if I don't close the case and have the magnets put it to sleep, but rather just let it timeout and go to sleep then it stays connected! Has anyone else noticed this pattern?
2 Of my iPad also having this problem after upgrading to ios8😠
in my case only the cellphone signal is affected. WiFi connectivity is not affected. seems like the cellphone antenna is not "waking up" after standby. this is extremely annoying to have to reboot the iPad every time.
